accessible location convenient stores clean room abysmal air limited toilet paper impersonal communication
the location provided easy access to many attractions. i found the nearby restaurants and shopping stores very convenient. the room was clean and secure. i also liked that it had a nice balcony.
the air con did not cool the room effectively, it was warmer inside than outside. we received only one and a half rolls of toilet paper for three nights. the communication occurred only via text and felt impersonal.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!
fantastic location simple communication clean room convenient access
I adored the fantastic location! I was close to everything. Communication with the staff was very simple. They were very responsive via WhatsApp. The room was nice and neat, a real value for money. Accessing the room with my phone was also very convenient. I found it innovative and easy.
The room lacked sufficient natural light. I was like it was always evening, even during the day.

The app system was very user-friendly, a welcome change from traditional keys, and I also used a locker for luggage storage. I found the elevator very helpful, especially with luggage, and the building felt secure with concierge services present.
